When Bob ran this place it was great, when his daughter ran it it was equally great. Who ever the guy is running it now is just unpleasant, rude, obnoxious, obstructive and combative. To say he was a power freak would be polite. Getting access to the unit you own and pay to store with them is a nightmare. This guy tried to buy the box trailer off us we had stored with them for about 80% under value, I politely declined. He told me I was stupid and that I wouldn't get any more for it then proceeded to make it difficult gain access. Our whole family used to use this place, not anymore, I cannot recommend Northants Caravan Storage.
