Staff are really misbehaved. Not supportive , not responsible at all .

REFUSE ACCESS to your vehicle. Don't be fooled with opening hours, you still can't have access to your vehicle or bring vehicle back within opening hours. Lady owner very rude, horrible customer service.Unprofessional, will not recommend it. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very disappointing place. After visiting and speaking to the owners about using the facility and that we had a very large 8ft wide 4 Berth new caravan they suggested it wasn't an issue. First day we just about got it in despite the local residents complaining at us for bringing the village To a standstill. On our first trip in with the caravan we returned to put it back in and the owners suggested reversing it in down the very narrow and long residential drive. It was Impossible. Our £30k van was going to get damaged so we took it back home. I called them to say we were going to have to find another location as it was just to big to get it in. They had a clear understanding of our difficulty with access after only 2 weeks of using the site. I asked very politely if they would return the £550 we had paid upfront for 12 months and they refused, I am still waiting for them to return my calls and messages . Stay away from this site and use a certified camping and caravan storage facility.

Secure tidy caravan & motorhome storage facility with manned CCTV double gated drive (not self service). Awkward opening times 10-11am & 6-7pm (Thurs - Tues) with some flexibility by arrangement... but totally closed Wednesday!!. Owners patrol regularly & supply paving slabs for MHs.. and the sheep that roam about are friendly too. Very nice people.

Very secure storage tucked away out of sight from the lane. Access could be slightly awkward for very large units and it can get muddy during the winter. Slightly restrictive opening times but owners are usually accommodating.
