If you love walking & want to remove yourself from society for a bit, this is a place to do such that. Started from Prinstead taking the path which passes through the Marina which also has restrictions in place due to boats/yacht etc as it's privately owned and has CCTV in place. Follow the signs of access to public and this brings you back to the path has views across the harbour one side and green land the other which is Thorney Island (M.O.D). There is a fence and gate where you need to get authority to pass through by using intercom but I'm not sure if there are restrictions in place at present time so maybe check prior to visiting on website for information. Amazing sunset, tranquil place.
Absolutely stunning views, lovely cafe/restaurant and a good stopping point or even starting point for hikers/walkers. Great atmosphere and smiles all around.
Lovely place for a coffee and snack. I'm gluten free and they happily made a bacon sandwich on my bread. Beautiful view of boats. Cosy huts to relax in with lovely touches like cosy blankets, toys for children. I felt like I was in a Polly Babbington book!!!
