I would like to say a big thank you to this company for the excellent service. I rented a container and the whole experience was very smooth and professional. A special thank you to the gentleman working in Aylesbury – he was very friendly, helpful, and really went out of his way to assist me. It’s not often you meet people who genuinely try their best to help customers. I truly appreciate it and wish there were more people like him. Highly recommended!

From asking for a quote to taking up the offer that was given to me I had 1st class service from Steve at the Aylesbury branch , he was brilliant explained everything and showed me how to close a unit , nothing was too much trouble, I would highly recommend standby self storage

Really helpful staff: they go the extra mile. Customer toilets, which are kept spotless, as is the whole site. Has a small vending machine. Accessible 24/7. Containers are outside; some have office units on top. Container units are brand new, with boarded floors; singer have electricity and lighting.

Great quality storage at a fair price. Units are all clean and tidy. I've also found the sales team very helpful and informative. On leaving the units, I even received a credit for the dates unused. The location of the Aylesbury site is easy to access. The only minor issue is the width between containers could be 30cm bigger. Currently, there's enough room to reverse a Luton box van between the rows. But it's tight for the wing mirrors or hard to get out of the vehicle if you're big
