Without doubt this has to be the best marina in the UK. Led by Graham, the team are superb. Couple of staff to note who go beyond a normal service that makes the difference are Keith, Felicity, Ruth, Amy & Jude. I know I have not mentioned everyone but I thank you for looking after our family and friends for many years now. Highly recommend. Facilities are superb.
Premier Swanwick Marina is brilliant, the team are all super helpful and welcoming, the team in the marina office reply really quickly and are always very helpful, the boatyard/drystack team are 5 star, again all really friendly and always look out for us, especially as we are new to boating. It’s a lovely setting and all the facilities are always spotless. I would recommend Swanwick Marina to anyone looking to Dry Stack or moor a boat, they offer great value for money along with a 5 Star service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
A big thank you to Graeme & his team for the wonderful berth our Australian vessel 'Wombat' (Nordhavn 76) enjoyed recently. Originally we were only staying for a week, however the marina was able to extend the berth for another month during their peak summer season. The staff were efficient & friendly & nothing was ever too much trouble. The location was very convenient for marine services & for access to Southampton. The cafe/restaurant was also good quality, just a short walk from the berth. I would totally recommend this high quality marina to other international sailors - you will not be disappointed.
Good boatyard, but horrific pricing. Tender berth holders are priced out of the market. The newer buildings are being flooded by salt water, including electric charging points with SALT WATER! Upon seeing their RSJ construction, the footings are under the waterline. Does this make any sense?
Fabulous setting, food and service! They have integrated covid distancing measures seamlessly. Will definitely return soon.
