I have looked at several local storage options but this one is far and above the best . The staff are friendly and helpful and the facilities are excellent. Jimmy is a great ambassador for the business and greeted me on site at the agreed time with a courtesy umbrella as it was raining. A small gesture perhaps but demonstrates that they care about their clients.

We had an unpleasant time at luckylite... The storage pitch was ok although tight to navigate without scratching the hedges in the bronze field, these aren't trimmed as much as you would expect. The main issues we experienced are: We arrived 15 minutes prior to the gate closing time to be told they close early. Leaving us unable to hitch up and leave for our holiday; a job we have nailed to sub 5 mins, although this was denied as there are strict rules. This meant we not only missed the first night of the holiday, including the cost of the pitch, but had to sit in peak holiday traffic when leaving gate following morning. On A separate occasion, I hadn't received an email for quarterly payment in January, so I emailed on 13th to ask if fees had increased as I didn't want to be presumptuous and pay the old amount, but concerned I hadn't heard anything yet. Despite the fact I emailed you, to ask to pay, your reply was that I was late paying and had now incurred a £15 fee, although in your own email response no late invoice had yet been sent (presumably because I had reminded you of the fact). Although I appreciate terms of business, it would've been at the very minimum, polite to not charge a fee given the invoice for said fee hadn't even been created and it was me that reached out to pay. Lastly, after the above had occurred I decided to depart and store elsewhere. As per the instructions I received in my folder/pack when we started, I had to simply leave the keys in the postbox on the wall, no notice required. I have still received no refund for returning the fob to you. Prior to emailing regarding this concern, I did search your site and saw terms that contradict what I have in the pack I have. I made the assumption that you wouldn't take accountability for the conflicting information and still withhold my funds anyway - Given the lack of any leniency on our issues above, and the fact you have the returned fob in your possession; meaning it would've been a conscious decision to not return my deposit. I saw no sense in trying, but am leaving this review in the hopes it may help others. We are now at a storage site that is far more welcoming and we feel appreciated as customers. Slightly more money but worth every penny.

Absolutely first class facilities and customer service! Clear and concise communication. I cannot rate them highly enough. Your caravan will definitely be safe in their hands. Also access to motorway makes it a great location to get in and out of. Thanks Lucky Lite for all your help, prompt response and also prompt refund. We are sad to leave, but another storage facility fits our needs better at this time. All the very best to everyone at Lucky Lite from a very satisfied customer.
