Really nice company to deal with and fair prices

My story is below, but, to summarise: 0 customer service lying to customer time wasted and rude Long story: Unfortuntatly, I wish it had reviews before I will be the first to do so. I am new to caravaning and was my first caravan that I've owned or towed. As my house doesn't have a driveway, I was forced to look for storage for my caravan. As I realised it to late, obviously the lack of experience, I called Hayes Farm Storage for the first time on Wed morning to enquiry for a parking space. I've been told he has spaces available and to send him the details. Mr Richard responde back to me with an offer of £25/pw + VAT. I've messaged back saying that I've phoned other places, which ideed have no spaces available and they said £11/pw and that I will be looking elsewhere and that I will have to pass. Obviously the price reflectat that it was a covered storage... anyway. He phoned me back saying that he can MATCH the price that I was offered elsewhere. I was happy to move forward and I was asked for a mail with the proff of my insurance and my details. I've sent the mail and I was waiting the contract and the upfront bill. Next day (Thursday) no mail and I was getting very worried as I was suppose to start on Saturday to park. I phoned and I've been told the mail was sent, after I've chased 3rd time, I've got the mail. Towards my surprise, it said £13/pw + VAT... which was not as per our call. I've replied back that we've talked £11/pw+VAT or I must have missunderstood and gave him the details. No respose until Saturday, when I was due to park sayin that he discussed my dissatisfaction with his daughter and that they both agreed I should accept the £11/pw elsewhere. Saturday was the day I was supposed to park there and the day I've picked up my caravan and driven to a pre-booked side, to try it out with my wife and the kids. I've missunderstood the response as accepted, as I was replying late and was very tired and replied thanking him... A very rude reply went back saying that they do not accept my unrealistic price and I wont park there. I've responded back, appologising that I've missunderstood his text and that I said, on my email, that, even if we talked £11 on the phone, I will take £13, the price quoted. An even worse reply comeback saying that quote "On reflection NO OUTSIDE STORAGE available at this time." and the caps lock is as per the text message.... Long story short, this guy Mr Richard, decided to have his tantrum with me, and wasted my time and left me with my my caravan on the street... ONE ADVICE, AVOID AS PLAGUE ... 0 customer service lying and rude

Owner couldn't do enough to help me. Excellent, multi layered security made me feel a lot happier about leaving my jalopy. Fair prices and very pleasant to deal with.

Literally amazing, what fabulous storage and friendly owners who took a massively stressful situation for us and made it easy. Can’t recommend highly enough. Safe, secure, friendly and organised- what more could anyone need from storage!

Should you require somewhere safe , quiet and secure look no further. Richard and Sasha are very approachable , attentive and helpful. I shall not hesitate to use this facility again.
