Reviews
I have been storing multiple cars and trailers with GQ since 2023. Their approach to customer service is a bit different and genuinely deliver an individualised, tailored service. The wash and prep of cars in their car is partially exceptional, (thank you Adam). Highly recommend!
Does what it says on the tin. 1 star review for not being honest and deliberately overcharging me. Called to inform a member of staff I’ll be ending my storage either them a month in advance who said that was completely fine. Their terms state i have to email in, yet staff acknowledged it was fine by call. Removed my car two weeks in advance. GQ proceeded to keep emailing me saying they will send debt collectors and that i have to pay for an extra month. I would understand it if i was paying for an indoor storage space, but £130 a month for a space in a literal field and overcharging me by a month is ridiculous.
Ive been using GQ for a while now and the guys are all professional and really do care about your car or bike. This isn't your normal everyday storage facility. Your pride and joy is looked after and the additional services available are second to none. Highly recommended.
Gold standard car storage facility. Tim and Jack couldn’t do enough to help accommodate me and look after my car at last minute. The facility and their flexibility was second to none with a highly secure well kitted out unit that my car was stored in. Incredibly customer focused, discreet and was left feeling very reassured my vehicle was in safe hands. Highly recommended with Tim only to happy to engage his customers and best understand their needs. Give them a call!
Excellent car storage with outstanding attention to safety and care. The staff are professional, friendly, and clearly take pride in what they do. The service is seamless and reliable, giving total peace of mind. Highly recommended.
