City Car Parks and Storage

Super friendly man, it’s my second time parking there and I am very satisfied with the parking, it’s easy and secure.

Booked via JustPark and accidentally booked it incorrectly. Called the owner last min and he was so cooperative in cancelling so I would recieve a refund, when I otherwise wouldn’t if I had cancelled it myself.

Absolutely awful experience at this car park. The advertised rate is £3.50 per hour, but only one sign mentions “+ VAT” handwritten in tiny, barely readable print. This is misleading and feels intentionally deceptive. The price jumped to £12.50 instead of £10.50, and had we known this upfront, we would never have parked here. See attached photos. The attendant was extremely rude, aggressive, and patronising when we asked about the pricing. His office also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, making the whole interaction even more uncomfortable. To make things worse, although VAT was charged, no VAT receipt was provided, which raises serious concerns about whether VAT is even being properly accounted for. Overall, a terrible and unprofessional experience unclear pricing, hidden charges, and awful customer service. I won’t be returning and strongly recommend others avoid this car park.

The staff member was lovely! I was greeted nicely and shown what space I could park in. Good price too. The place is a bit tight so make sure your good with parking, because it might be a tight squeeze if it's a bigger car you are driving. Other than than that, it's all good. Will definitely use again.

Had a great experience overall. The staff member managing the car park was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made the visit even better. Unlike Hackney Council, which charges unreasonable fees for diesel vehicles, this car park offers fair pricing—making it a much better option. Well worth it. Thanks!
