Absolutely lovely place. Fortunate enough to visit with my brother on his yacht and had a lovely time. Relaxing place to be with very friendly marina staff. And the showers and toilets are the best I've ever seen, and I've seen many. 🤗 Lovely pub and scenery with amazing history.
Charm pours out of every door. Wonderful historic place to visit, full of atmosphere. A must for any lover of Georgian naval history.
Picturesque spot to explore. Took a walk by the river, followed by a 30min boat tour. A couple of the old cottages are open to view. Unless you want to enter the small museum, all you pay for is the parking and boat trip, if you choose to take it. Nice way to spend a couple of hours.
Amazing place the museum is really fascinating well worth a visit
Beautiful, serene, great place to kayak or paddleboard. Lovely place for a picnic or pub lunch. Great drive through the new forest to arrive here too. Thoroughly enjoyed every second of my visit on Saturday
